Timekeeper, the world’s leading online booking and business management system have today announced London Metropolitan University as their latest client.
London Metropolitan University is the largest university in London and one of the largest in the UK with over 34,000 students.
Timekeeper Bespoke has been designed specifically for the university and the sports therapy department.
CEO Dave Bain said: “The system we have built is one of the most technically challenging projects we have worked on. Numerous platforms have been added to the existing product and I am confident that London Metropolitan University have been provided with an unrivalled online management system that will lead the market for a prolonged period of time.”
“Not only does it allow for e-commerce (with multiple discounts and promotions), Timekeeper generates dynamic allocation to available Sports Therapists to ensure each student achieves their minimum number of treatment hours to complete the course. Once selected, Timekeeper automatically notifies the student that a booking has been made. The administrator is also able to check that each student is achieving their quota, check financial data and amend any bookings made by generating simple reports.”
“Our new client has also requested that external therapists be able to use the system out of student hours, this we accommodated by merging two products together on to one diary to achieve the most productive end result.” Added Bain. “I am both delighted and very excited with this new partnership and fully expect Timekeeper to deliver the results our new client requires.”
“By announcing a client as large and as successful as London Metropolitan University, we have reached a new milestone as a company, and are fully expectant in meeting the new demand for Timekeeper products as we consolidate our position as the market leader.”
