Credit allocation with timekeeper
advanced crediting system allows you to allocate booking credits to your clients.
The crediting system supports the selling of the following to your clients:
  • A duration (I.E. 300 minutes) or fixed number of sessions (I.E. 10 sessions).
  • Unlimited credits.
  • Optional time limited credits.
  • Product transferable credits, that automatically adjust their pricing to whatever product they are allocated to.
  • Fully customisable credit packages that can be refined according to booking length, type, etc.
 
Your client buys a block booking. The credits are registered directly with Timekeeper
.
 
When your client makes a booking (or the practitioner makes it on their behalf), Timekeeper automatically adjusts the client's credit level according to the type of booking.
 
When there are no credits remaining, Timekeeper sends your client an email warning them their credit level is now zero.
Until new credits are puchased, Timekeeper will price all subsequent bookings at the normal rate.
